Born and raised in California, Elder Ron Cook was saved in 1975 at the age of 10. He was later baptized by the Antioch Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.  In 1986, he married his beautiful wife Melissa. In 1988 Ron and Melissa  welcomed a beautiful daughter named Whitney and in 1990 welcomed another beautiful daughter named Holly. The Cooks have been blessed to foster 32 children as well and have adopted 3 wonderful children. Pastor Ron surrendered to preach in 1994 and was licensed by the Antioch Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. In 2007 he answer the call to Pastor the Hughson Missionary Baptist Church and was ordained by the Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church of Rialto California.
